These are wonderful fat burning workout routines used to burn fat. A bumper sticker I once saw read "These aren’t love handles, they are a fuel tank for a sex machine" There are lots of funny ways to describe your love handles. In fact there are even more hilarious ways to justify being overweight. The fact is that having love handles can be very embarrassing for a lot of people. Having that flab hanging over the top of your jeans can be unnerving and i’m sure you don’t like it either. Many people will try to down play their love handles even though they may joke about it being their muffin top. Fortunately for you love handles don’t have to be forever. Hire a trainer or work with one from your local gym. It’s true that you can get a book on exercising, or workout video that you play at home while you exercise. But you won’t get the same results as you would with a trainer to help you. You need a trainer to ensure that your form is correct and that you aren’t doing too little or too much of each exercise. Perhaps even more importantly, a trainer can help to motivate you. If you are using a book, video or computer, you can get distracted and forget about working out. A trainer with whom you schedule appointments will give you a feeling of commitment about your workouts.
One fitness program that many people have had success with is the Couch to 5K program. When you do the Couch to 5K program, you are led from a state of inactivity to running a complete 5K. You start off doing low impact walking for thirty minutes, and your pace gradually increases until you are able to run for thirty minutes. You can structure your workout by time or by distance. This is an especially effective program for people who aren’t athletic. It is set up to let you work as slowly or as quickly as you like. It can be more fun if you and a friend do it together. You might be surprised by how much you like running once you can do it for more than a couple of minutes without getting winded.
Focus on eating as many low energy density foods as you can.
These are foods that your body can use. Fruits and vegetables are well known foods that are low energy density. What makes these foods so good is that your body can make use of just about everything in them. High energy density foods, on the other hand should be avoided because they are mostly empty calories. Many of these foods can be considered junk foods, and are usually high in sugar, unhealthy carbohydrates and/or unhealthy fats. You don’t want to give your body an excuse to store fat!
If you want to lose your love handles. you can. With consistent effort, you can lose weight in the areas where you need to. If you work hard and are diligent about leading a healthy lifestyle you should be able to lose your extra weight without any problems. It might take some time but, eventually, your pants will fit perfectly!
